Learning Resources

During periods of school closure (like the national lockdowns experienced during the COVID 19 pandemic or the National teacher strike days) Willenhall Community Primary School will provide remote education / home learning for all children.

When the school is open as normal, we expect parents to support their child’s learning through a range of activities that we provide each week as part of the child’s homework / home learning.

The amount of work and type of activities will vary depending on the age of the child but as a minimum, we encourage all children to read their reading book at least 3 times per week (and record this in their reading diary) and complete the homework that is set for them in their homework folder. We have however provided links to our learning platforms and to other websites which we recommend parents use to support their child’s learning at home.
